Update

It hss been absolutally ages since I last posted but I have been so buisy I havent had any time.

I did Naws winter series Sammy did good throught the 3 shows I did and Harry amused the judges every time he ran by sitting in the poo buckets in the corner haha. I realy enjoyed myself and so did the dogs.

We have been doing flyball training inside throught the winter and both dogs loved it. When it came to a competition I have to admit I had my doubts but I shouldnt have becaue Sammy was a star like always and Harry loved his first competition. The overall result was springers last and second to last but Harry's team won when the two teams had to race again each other and the day was a great day out.

Training is going fine Sammy is preparing for Shrewsbury next weekend and harry is preparing for his first outdoor flyball competition on bank holiday monday. Harry has realy taken to flyball and doesnt seem to be fased by anything, thank god.

That is all from us now I will try to be more punctualy at adding posts and I will update after my latest competitions.

Update

Hi all. I have finally got round to my every so ofton update haha.

Way have i been up to, urm well to tell the truth not a lot.

Oh yea i went to the first NAWS, ran sammy and harry. Sammy got 2nd in agility behind julies dog, arr. He was terable at picking his feet up he was taking poles down all over the, i think the surface was too deep for him. Harry had fun, he ran wild around every ring doing everything i didnt want him to do haha.

Neither of them like our new car. Sammy thinks it is appropriate to jump around and be a pain in the arse. Well he can think again when he is in a cage. Harry is just nervous (i am not suprised with the way sammy jumps around).

I cant think of anything else to post so i will try thinking and post again soon, hopefully before christmas haha.

Lincoln and Springers

Lincoln was great again this year, well only it was better because i won :). Sammy won his first run agility by a wopping 9 seconds and got a second in his tricky jumping run. we did a second agility run but stupid me messed it up. I can't say that the trophies i won were anything special though.

Springers winder warm up was today and my first judging was today. It started off wet and ended wet with a little break in between. I ran harry first in the helter skelter which was his first ever ever compertition course. Well lets just say he did his own version of the course and we didnt get a clear round. Sammy did a super clear round but unfortunatly missed out on the places. In the jumping course harry again made it up as we went around in his first run but in his second run settled down a lot to just having an unlucky rong course. Sammy was a pain in both his jumping runs not listening and getting eleminated. In the agility it was a very hard course which harry had no chance on. He got eliminated both times but he got his contacts. Sammy was so close but so far in his first round he was clear apart from a clip to a pole and in his second run he followed my hand and took the wrong jump.

Judgeing was realy nervewraking First my course didnt fit in the ring so Eline and Meshel helped me adapt it. Then it went ok i think. I enjoyed it but i am tired now.

Overall it has been to go compertitions and some great days out. Bring it on NAWS!

Update

I am doing a quick update while i am thinking about it and while i have time. I cant wait till Lincoln next weekend and i am building courses for my judgeing at the springers show. Dogs are being as naughty as ever but hey thats spaniels for you.

Grade 2

Woo Woo Sammy is grade 2!!! He was a little star all weekend. I think it was your little talk you had with him Leanne :)

Holiday

Sorry i have kinda been a bit slack on my blog well to tell you the truth i forgot about it.

It has been quite a while since i came back of holiday but i got some pictures of the dogs when i was away and they were intended for hear. I will try and put them up but if it doesn't work i am sorry i cant do it :(
